Our best practice training models and programmes are used by training professionals across the UK and our track record is impressive, with over 84% of our learners here in the north east going into high quality jobs. In particular, we prepare people for working life within customer service based roles such as contact centres, retail, hospitality and office environments.

We take an individual approach to learning, so that each programme is tailored to individual needs and therefore a course may last only a few weeks or a few months - whatever is right for the learner and giving them all the skills they need for the right job, including increased confidence, ICT and communication skills.

As well as employment goals, CCP offers a wide range of qualifications for learners to work towards and through our close relationships with employers across the region, offer site visits and short work tasters to clients as well as support through the selection testing processes.

Contact Centre Professional are due to start their first training course in their new premises in Newcastle.  Due to the increased capacity at Abbey House, there is still room for a few more learners for the new programme.

Do any of the partners or coordinators have anyone in mind that would benefit and enjoy the training and want to work within customer service?  It's a perfect time to start training as recruitment within the sector really starts to ramp up in the Autumn.
