Contact Centre Professional
Individually tailored learning and development pathways for priority groups to move them into sustainable employment through the removal of skill based and other barriers. Its focus is on filling vacancies where there is significant demand by employers across the city (and surrounding travel to work area), in the customer service industry supporting contact centre, retail and hospitality sectors primarily. The project meets the needs of employers through embedded delivery of soft and hard skills, technical competencies, skills for life, key skills and behaviours.
