Crisis Skylight

Crisis will enrol customers on an 11 week timetable of both accredited and non accredited activities including for example: ESOL, job club, study skills, basic skills, confidence and communication, maths, ICT entry level 3, ECDL, English and Art. The sessions will be delivered from the Crisis Skylight learning and skills centre, the Crisis Skylight Café and through outreach sessions. Progression Coordinators will work on a one to one basis with customers to support them and address barriers to employment, referring on to Newcastle Futures Customer Coordinators when the customer is ready to secure suitable employment.
