Mental Health Matters - Newcastle Employment Plus (NEP)
Newcastle Employment Plus provides a realistic and achievable programme that allows adults with low to medium mental health needs to gain employment. Every person will have their own Employment Coach to provide support and guidance to help clients move into paid employment. Assistance will be given with job search, CV writing, interview techniques, application forms as well as vocational assessments, motivation and signposting to other appropriate services if required.
