Meeting a Customer Co-ordinator
Newcastle Futures Customer Co-ordinators are qualified Employment and Training Advisors who work in the local communities across the City. This private and confidential service is offered on a one to one basis at a venue convenient to our customers.
When first meeting a Customer Co-ordinator they will assist to create a realistic action plan on how best to realise the individual’s goals.
This can consist of:
- Review/create a CV
- Identify with customer, suitable job roles or career changes
- Help complete job application forms
- Advice on up to date interview techniques
- Access to the latest job vacancies
- Assistance with removing barriers to employment
- Help customers find suitable training from around the North East region
- Financial assistance to overcome barrier*
Once in employment, Customer Co-ordinators will stay in contact for the first 6 months to assist with any problems that may occur. This service is offered to help customers retain employment.
