Pay it Forward

As a Team we understand that helping other people also makes us feel better and as such we have invested in an ethos of Pay it Forward which is an expression for describing the beneficiaries of a good deed, repaying it forward to others instead of back to the original benefactor.  In other words acts of random kindness whenever we can, either as individuals or as a team.

Part of our Pay it Forward over the last year has seen us raise nearly £1,000 for various charities. Each month we have nominated a charity and have collected funds in various different ways .....all fun.....It didn’t take a lot of time out of our working day but it did take effort for us all to join in and think of others BUT we had fun in the process and felt GREAT....here are a few tasters

The Teddy Bear's Picnic

We all brought in our favourite teddy bear and had a picnic raising money for Blind Children's Society  with a prize for the best turned out Teddy!

Mad Hatter's Day

For a whole day whenever possible we wore our favourite funny hats a prize for the most unusual hat, all in aid of Jeans for Genes.

The Great Bake Off

With many a sweet tooth satisfied all in aid of Breast Cancer.

Wear Red for British Heart Foundation

Where we dressed in red for tea and gave out red roses and information to clients, family and friends to encourage them to love their hearts and raise money for British Heart Foundation.

We enjoyed that so much, this year we repeated the focus on our hearts and added a Kissing Wall and quiz to bring a little light heartedness into looking after your heart!

Prostate Cancer

We rejoiced on Pie Day and sampled some lovely homemade creations while encouraging our men folk to be aware of the signs and treatment of Prostate Cancer.

To be continued....
